Overview

GDP and resource revenue disparity indices rise as oil-rich provinces surge ahead. Saskatchewan uranium exports grow with SMR and global demand. Chain: provincial_gdp_disparity -> equalization_payments (+0.70, d1); resource_revenue_disparity -> equalization_payments (+0.50, d1); sask_uranium_revenue -> sask_resource_revenue (+1.0, immediate).

Ducklings Simulation

This proposal is active in the Ducklings causal simulation (Epoch 57). The simulation models downstream effects using a BFS cascade engine with strength-weighted, time-delayed edges capped at 3-hop depth and ±25% per-hop limits. Cascade outputs are bounded by variable saturation thresholds.
