What is FAE?
The Forum Analysis Engine is an AI-powered tool that helps community leaders stay informed about what matters to their members—without needing to read every post and thread.
FAE analyzes discussions across your community's forums and generates summaries that identify:
- Key topics being discussed by members
- Subject categories that emerge from conversations
- Frequency of issues — which topics are coming up repeatedly and which are one-off concerns
Who is it for?
FAE is designed for community association boards, executives, and committee leads who need to understand member sentiment and priorities but don't have time to follow every discussion. It's particularly valuable when preparing for Annual General Meetings, strategic planning sessions, or when prioritizing community initiatives.
How does it work?
When a summary is requested, it enters a processing queue. Because FAE runs on dedicated local infrastructure (not third-party cloud services), processing takes a bit longer than instant responses—but your community's discussions stay within Canadian infrastructure and aren't being fed to external AI providers.
Availability
FAE is currently available to community association subscribers. We're exploring expanded access to summarize broader discussions on Pond, with availability dependent on resource scaling as the platform grows.
