Population Growth: Provincial Distribution
Overview
Immigration and interprovincial migration drive population growth across four provinces. Each population -> provincial GDP (str=0.35, immediate). Manitoba +73K, Nova Scotia +58K, New Brunswick +41K, Saskatchewan +64K. Students see that population IS economic growth at the provincial level.
Ducklings Simulation
This proposal is active in the Ducklings causal simulation (Epoch 51). The simulation models downstream effects using a BFS cascade engine with strength-weighted, time-delayed edges capped at 3-hop depth and ±25% per-hop limits. Cascade outputs are bounded by variable saturation thresholds.
