parking on 10th street in front of all the retail shops is a challenge. does anybody know if there are additional spots in the back alley where the hyper-aggressive meter maids won't ticket and tow? the lack of parking makes the Kensington area less desirable to shop in.
I found a lost dog. It appears to be around 45 pounds, a small blonde german shephard with tags that say Kaylee.
