A thirteen-year-old girl receives a message from someone claiming to be a fifteen-year-old boy who shares her interest in the same obscure anime series, beginning a friendship that over months grows increasingly intimate, the "boy" gradually introducing sexual topics, requesting photos, then threatening to share those photos with her family unless she provides more, the predator behind the account actually a forty-three-year-old man running the same scheme with dozens of children simultaneously.
